The N276 Falcon spreader is equipped with a modern, shell-type, narrow loading body that allows for precise material distribution in the field. Robust construction and innovative design guarantee durability and reliability.
The N276 FALCON manure spreader is equipped with a durable, single-row chain floor conveyor, based on an NK14 chain with a breaking strength of 21 tons, ensuring reliability and longevity in demanding working conditions. Chain tensioning is achieved by moving the entire shaft with a self-aligning bearing in the side guides, and tension stability is provided by bolts with double counter-locking. This solution provides easy access to the tensioning mechanism components, facilitating maintenance. In FALCON 6t and 8t models, the floor speed is adjusted via a knob on the oil flow regulator valve, while in Premium versions (10t, 12t, 14t), adjustment is even more precise – using a potentiometer.
The standard equipment of the spreader includes a foldable ladder mounted on the left side of the body. An additional internal ladder facilitates observation of the body's contents and allows for safe entry, which is useful during cleaning or maintenance. This practical solution increases user comfort and improves load control.
The N276 Falcon spreader has a standard front extension that protects against material spillage. Additionally, optional side mesh extensions (400 mm or 600 mm) can increase the loading body's capacity. Special rubber protections on the upper edge of the side wall prevent damage during loading and increase the durability of the structure.
In Falcon Premium versions (10t, 12t, 14t), the spreader is equipped with a gate lifting indicator, which allows for precise monitoring of the opening height. This practical solution allows for adjusting the spreading intensity, which is particularly important when precise control over the amount of applied material is needed.
The Falcon Premium with a load capacity of 10t, 12t, and 14t is standardly equipped with working lighting, which enables operation after dark. The system consists of one spotlight inside the body and two spotlights mounted at the rear near the adapter, ensuring excellent visibility during both loading and unloading. This allows the user to continue working even in difficult lighting conditions, increasing operational efficiency.
As standard, every N276 Falcon spreader is equipped with an advanced, 1.5-meter wide vertical spreading adapter. This adapter has two rotors with replaceable blades made of HARDOX 450 steel, which guarantee high durability and wear resistance. The rotating rotors effectively shred the material, throwing it sideways and backward, ensuring a spreading width of up to 12 meters. Additionally, the lower discs with paddles allow for even material distribution, which is particularly useful for spreading both fresh and dry manure. The improved design reduces the risk of the adapter clogging, which affects work comfort and efficiency. For protection and durability of the adapter, a thickened 6 mm protective edge and a special cover for the outlet openings have also been added, which prevents lime from spilling out.
Optional ZENI 2-rotor horizontal disc adapter
Alternatively, N276 Falcon spreader users can equip it with an optional ZENI horizontal adapter, which uses two discs with horizontal blades. The ZENI adapter is ideal for shredding fermented manure and provides a spreading width of up to 12 meters.
The N276 Falcon spreader also offers the ZENI horizontal disc adapter, which stands out for its high efficiency in shredding fermented manure. The main working tools are blades bolted to horizontal rotors, which direct the material onto the lower spreading discs. Thanks to this, the ZENI adapter provides a wide working range of up to 12 meters, which translates into greater efficiency. The structure has been reinforced with an additional brace supporting the paddles bolted to the discs, preventing their deformation. Additional rubber protection at the shaft prevents manure from being drawn under the spreader, and central lubrication allows for easy maintenance of the adapter. The ZENI adapter can also be quickly disassembled thanks to the hydraulic system with EURO connectors, which facilitates storage and servicing.
Hydraulic vertical tailgate
N276 Falcon manure spreaders are equipped with a robust, hydraulic loading box gate, which ensures operational safety and full control over material distribution. The vertically lifting rear wall effectively protects the adapter rollers from clogging during loading and prevents uncontrolled material spillage during transport, significantly increasing user convenience.
Thanks to precise hydraulic control, the user can smoothly adjust the material dosage delivered to the adapter, allowing the spread to be adapted to the specific work and type of shredded material. The gate has been reinforced along its entire length, especially in the lower part, which prevents deformation even under high material pressure.
Additionally, the tecamid slide system minimizes friction and ensures tightness during the transport of bulk materials. The lower part of the gate is equipped with a rubber belt that is precisely profiled relative to the conveyor chain. This allows the gate to perfectly fit the box floor, increasing tightness and preventing material from escaping.
Sealed construction and reinforcements
The gate is placed in side guides, which further protect against material leakage and seal the entire loading box. The reinforced lower part of the gate withstands heavy loads, making it resistant to potential damage, even when loaded with heavier manure. The gate is opened using the tractor's external hydraulics, allowing for quick and convenient raising and lowering of the gate during operation.

A manually removable mesh adapter cover and permanently bolted side plates are installed as standard. The side plate is intended to limit side discharge, but it is mainly used as a wall guard.
For users seeking additional convenience, the Falcon (6t and 8t) offers electronic floor control via a control panel with "+/-" buttons. The panel, located in the tractor cabin, allows for quick adjustment of the conveyor speed without having to leave the vehicle. Increasing the conveyor speed is done with the "+" button, and decreasing it with the "-" button. This allows the operator to easily adapt the work pace to current needs, increasing comfort and efficiency of machine operation.
The Falcon spreader's standard equipment includes a floor control system with a knob, which allows for smooth adjustment of the conveyor speed. This solution provides full control over the spreading rate, enabling precise material dosing and adapting the work intensity to current field needs. Intuitive operation via the control knob significantly facilitates use, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
The MF-S-Control system in the DigiDevice version is a modern solution created for precise fertilization and optimization of agricultural production costs. Thanks to it, it is possible to accurately adjust fertilizer doses to the actual soil needs, which translates into higher yields, lower fertilizer consumption, and reduction of environmental pollution. The system enables the creation and analysis of data on crop size and quality, allowing for more efficient farm management and improved crop profitability. This is an ideal solution for farmers striving to maximize efficiency and sustainable development.
The MF-S-Control system in the ISOBUS version is an advanced tool within the Agriculture 4.0 concept, enabling variable fertilizer dosing taking into account spatial soil variability. ISOBUS integrates with IT systems, providing two-way data exchange in real time. Thanks to functions such as TC-GEO, TC-SC, and TC-BAS, the ISOBUS system enables precise monitoring and control of fertilizer doses, automatic belt shutdown in already worked areas, and adjustment of operation to machine speed. The system has AEF compliance certification, confirming its reliability and compliance with international standards. This innovative solution supports farmers in saving resources, protecting the environment, and optimizing production processes.
In conventional agriculture, the production field is treated as a uniform unit, and soil fertility is determined based on an averaged soil sample. In contrast, precision fertilization takes into account the spatial variability of nutrient content by taking a larger number of soil samples from different parts of the field, which allows for adjusting fertilizer doses to the actual needs of the soil.
Spreaders equipped with the ISOBUS precision fertilization system meet the requirements for variable fertilizer dosing in line with the principles of Agriculture 4.0, i.e., resource management, real-time monitoring and control, integration with IT systems, and process optimization.
Our system has been designed to enable two-way, real-time data exchange, allowing for the reception of operating parameters through ISOBUS system functionalities, such as:
• TC-GEO – responsible for real-time transmission of dosage information in kg/ha from external fertility map applications,
• TC-SC – information on the machine's spreading width from the guidance system; the system switches off the conveyor belt feed if it is in an area where work has already been performed
• TC-BAS – machine speed information from the TECU.
The system is AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation) certified, which confirms that the product developed by DigiDevice has been successfully tested and complies with ISO 11783 and AEF guidelines for ISOBUS functionality.
The main objectives of precision agriculture are:
- minimization of production costs (fertilizer savings)
- reduces the risk of over-fertilization of crops
- environmental protection
- protection of natural and human resources
- yield stabilization
All the functions listed above enable real-time fertilization optimization, which is crucial for implementing the concept of precision agriculture 4.0.
