This means that the bale is picked up and wrapped whilst the machine is moving on to the next bale or to the storage area. A reliable round bale wrapper

The machine is equipped with a film cutting and gripping device, meaning that user intervention is only required when fitting a new roll of film. Once the wrapping process is complete, the bale can be placed on the floor using the loading arm. The wrapper is fitted with a universal film feeder available in two widths: 500 mm and 750 mm. The Z237 Z wrapper is equipped with a steering system for the drive wheels, which makes transporting the machine easier. At the same time, the system improves stability during operation. The machine features a design with four rotating shafts, which prevent the bale from slipping during wrapping. Control is carried out from the tractor cab via control levers for the three-section hydraulic system, fitted with Bowden cables. The wrapper has a programmable counter displaying the current number of bale wraps, operating time, number of bales, and average number of bales per hour. The counter also has the option of operating independently across three fields.

Loading grab

The Z237 self-loading bale wrapper features a rear loading grab, ensuring fast and efficient operation. This allows harvesting and wrapping to take place while traveling to the next bale or to the storage location. Once the wrapping process is complete, the bale can be placed on the ground using the loading arm.

Security

Protection against unauthorized use of the machine – chain with padlock and set of keys. Additional protection against disconnection of the unit – chain with connecting shackle. Hitch with swivel eye.

Three-point hitch system

The Z237 Z wrapper is mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage system.

Swivel road wheels

The Z237 Z wrapper is equipped with a road wheel axle rotation system, which makes transporting the machine easier. At the same time, the system improves stability during operation.

Bale wrapping

Turntable

The bale wrapper is equipped with four rotating rollers. The embossing on the wrapper drums increases the machine's durability and prevents bale slippage.

Film dispenser

The universal film dispenser allows the use of film with a width of 500 mm and 750 mm. Aluminum, knurled dispenser rollers guarantee proper film pre-tensioning.
