Pick-up
The use of the 1800 mm wide reel-and-tine pick-up increases the collection efficiency.
Roller windrow clamp
Standard equipment includes a roller windrow clamp that improves the transfer of material through the pick-up into the chamber. This makes field work quick, efficient and enjoyable.
Control panel
The control panel is fixed in the tractor cab by means of magnetic components. It enables access to various features of the Baler. The signalling fields of the counter notify about opening of the chamber and the net wrapping unit work.
Baling chamber
Roller and chain type
The Metal-Fach Z602 RN Baler is equipped with a mixing chamber. It features rollers in the front and chains with bars in the back. The use of rollers ensures a higher degree of compaction, while the strips in the baling unit grip the material and thus make the rotation of the bale easier during baling.
Rotor and blades
The rotary feed unit ensures that the material is fed evenly into the baling chamber, which also improves the yield and work rate. The 13 blades are individually protected against mechanical damage.
Bale ejector
The ejector rolls bales out of the tailgate rotation area, allowing the chamber to start the closing process without moving away from the ejected bale.
Net wrapping system
The Z602 RN Baler is equipped with a net wrapping system. The solution improves work performance, significantly reducing bale wrapping time. In addition, it also provides better protection for the material against moisture and reduces wear and tear on the Baler.
Central lubrication system for the bearings
The Z602 Baler is fitted with the integrated lubrication system for the bearings. The strips with grease nipples enable the lubrication of the machine bearings.
