Loading the bale onto the turntable of the Z560 wrapper is done using a loader, fork, or other lifting device that precisely places the bale on the working platform.
After the bale wrapping process is complete, the bale is removed from the wrapper in the same way and placed in the selected location, ensuring full control over its safe transport and storage. Optionally, the Z560 wrapper can be equipped with a reliable bale tipper. The bale tipping unit enables vertical positioning of the wrapped bale during unloading, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the film wrapping the bale.
The bale wrapper is equipped with two rollers, which provide greater stability and better bale guidance. The embossments on the wrapper's drums increase their durability and prevent bale slippage.
The universal film dispenser allows the use of 500 mm and 750 mm wide film. Aluminum, knurled rollers ensure proper pre-tensioning of the film.
