The T705 feed mixer uses a mixing system based on two horizontal augers, located at the bottom of the loading box. It is characterized by high mixing efficiency and excellent homogeneity of the prepared feed, even with a small number of components. A state of complete mixing is achieved in a relatively short period of time.

The tank of the T705 feed mixer is made of high-quality structural steel, resistant to intensive use. The 8 mm thick S355 steel bottom guarantees high mechanical strength and structural stability even when working with heavy and wet feed components. This solution ensures a long service life of the tank and trouble-free operation for many seasons.
To increase the durability of the most heavily loaded element, the tank bottom has been lined with a 6 mm thick TIVAR 88 (polyethylene) plastic liner. It effectively protects the bottom part of the tank against abrasion and corrosion, even during intensive feed mixing. The liner is fastened with stainless steel screws and washers, which ensures its stability and resistance to moisture.
A specially designed counter-knife is mounted in the central part of the tank, which actively supports the feed mixing process. This solution improves the efficiency of component shredding and ensures a more homogeneous mixture structure. The result is better TMR quality and uniform herd feeding.
A convenient inspection platform allows for ongoing observation of the feed mixing process, increasing control over the machine's operation. The folding ladder facilitates safe access to the inside of the tank and reduces the risk of accidents during operation. This practical solution improves work ergonomics and user comfort on a daily basis.
The standard equipment of the T705 feed mixer includes a manually opened rear chute, which allows for quick and convenient loading of various types of loose feed. This solution provides good control over the loading quantity and operator comfort. An additional advantage is the ability to observe the feed mixing process without having to climb onto the inspection platform, which increases safety and convenience of operation.
The optional 0.8 m³ hydraulic loading flap allows for quick loading of larger quantities of loose feed. Thanks to control from the cab, the operator gains full control over the loading process, without the need to interrupt work. The flap can also be opened during mixing, which allows for ongoing observation of the process without climbing onto the platform. Additionally, optional adjustment of the flap's lifting and lowering speed increases precision and safety of use.

Power transmission in the mixing system occurs through a combination of a planetary gearbox (primary drive) and a cylindrical gearbox (main drive). This solution ensures smooth and reliable operation of the augers and minimizes the risk of failure.
