Combined with the disk-type cultivator, the Tool Carrier is used to cultivate the surface soil layer within the depth range of 5-15cm. This configuration enables post-harvest tillage, as well as pre-sowing soil cultivation and no-tillage cultivation, when vegetation residue are not covered, but mixed with the upper (surface) soil layer (the so-called mulching).
