The T019 KP platform is coupled to the tractor via a Y-shaped drawbar, 2100 mm long, ending with a Ø40mm eye. An undeniable advantage of the drawbar is increased maneuverability and reduced wear on the agricultural tractor's tires.
The suspension system is based on durable 7-leaf springs – this ensures long, trouble-free and comfortable operation of this machine.
The anti-underrun system is an element that protects road users. The profiles and brackets are made of high-quality materials, ensuring reliable protection.
The T019 Transporter Max Expanse bale platform is equipped with an underrun bar as standard. The bar, mounted at the rear of the trailer, protects road users.
The trailer can optionally be equipped with a manual rear hitch, which further increases the platform's functionality.
The pallet width allows for the placement of 2 Euro pallets with a length of 1.2 meters. Trailer designed for transporting round bales, as well as for carrying loads on box pallets or Euro pallets.
The shape of the headboards allows for an increased number of bales to be loaded in the upper row of the platform. The main structural element is made of bent profiles. This significantly reduces the number of sharp edges and is very important when transporting film-wrapped bales.
The raised side edge prevents transported materials from sliding off. Rounded edges with removable chain holders prevent damage to film-wrapped bales.
There are many ports in the side profiles of the frame to secure the lashing strap hooks to, which greatly facilitates security of the material being hauled.
The loading area can be further extended by sliding out the rear part of the frame by up to 1000 mm. The protective coating of the frame extension was made using hot-dip galvanizing technology.
The TRANSPORTER COMPACT platform can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic extension, which can be set in any position. Thanks to the use of two hydraulic cylinders, the frame extension is adjusted smoothly and conveniently from the driver's seat. The hydraulic system is secured with hydraulic locks: if the hydraulic lines break, the frame remains in place.
