Proper surface preparation is a key element for successful painting, and the abrasive blast cleaning Sa 2.5 to Sa 3.0 that we offer ensures the highest quality. We use GH40 grit, and our shot blasting facility can handle parts weighing up to 4 tons. We offer cathodic dip painting, used in the premium automotive industry. This coating system provides a minimum coating thickness of 15 μm and corrosion resistance according to ISO 9227 — up to 480 hours (1 mm). The maximum part dimensions of 3000x2300x1600 mm allow for the processing of large components. Thanks to this technology, your products will have exceptional corrosion resistance and a high-quality surface finish.
Our powder coating services cover every detail, from door handles to parts operating in waste incinerators. We offer corrosion protection in two variants: primer + powder topcoat provides 480 hours of resistance, and KTL + powder topcoat provides up to 720 hours. The maximum part weight is 600 kg. Our spray painting is an ideal system for combating heavy corrosion, also used in refineries. We handle parts with maximum dimensions of 12x2.5x2.5 m and a weight of up to 4 tons. The drying process takes place at a temperature of 60 to 90°C, ensuring the durability and strength of the coating.
