Our HAAS ST-45 lathe is one of four machines of this size in Poland, making it unique in the market. It features a 114 mm spindle bore, enabling machining of large and long parts with exceptional accuracy. The machining area is X - 432 mm and Z - 1118 mm, allowing for the execution of diverse projects. Precise machining up to 0.01 mm ensures excellent fit and finish, regardless of project complexity. Thanks to the advanced technology of the HAAS ST-45 lathe, we can offer machining services at the highest level, meeting our customers' expectations.
Our robotic machining line, consisting of a YASKAWA robot and HAAS ST-20 lathe, ensures the highest possible accuracy and efficiency. This system enables 100% measurement using a laser micrometer, guaranteeing unprecedented precision. The 63 mm spindle bore (through-hole) and driven tools in two axes allow for the execution of the most demanding machining operations.
