Welding on a System Table

Our services include welding on a system table, which ensures dimensional accuracy even for a single piece. We have two systems:

  • Ø16 System – The table capacity is 4 tons. This is an ideal solution for welding smaller and medium-sized elements, providing high precision and stability.
  • Ø28 System – The table capacity is 8 tons. This system is designed for welding larger and heavier elements, guaranteeing strength and accuracy.

We design each welding fixture in a CAD system, which enables precise preparation of elements for welding, minimizing the risk of errors and optimizing the production process.

Welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Cast Iron

We specialize in welding various materials, which allows us to carry out versatile projects:

  • Carbon steel welding – The welding range according to WPQR is from 0.5 mm to 40 mm, using MIG/MAG methods. This allows us to weld both thin and thick elements, ensuring their durability and quality.
  • Aluminum welding – We achieve welding quality in accordance with class B per ISO 10042. The welding range is from 0.5 mm to 4 mm using the TIG method. Our welds are characterized by high strength and aesthetics.
  • Cast iron welding – We use the MMA 111 method, which allows for effective and solid joining of cast iron elements. Our welds are strong and durable, which is crucial in demanding applications.

Robotic Welding of Rotational Elements VALK WELDING

Our advanced welding robots are adapted for welding rotational elements, which allows for high precision and repeatability:

  • Maximum mass of welded element – 1 ton.
  • Welding method – 135 (MAG) with a maximum current of 350 amperes.
  • Quality level of welded joints – B per ISO 5817.
  • Working length – 4,000 mm.
  • Working diameter – 1,400 mm.

The Panasonic control system with CAM enables precise control of the welding process, which allows for achieving the highest quality joints and production efficiency.

  • Welding method – 135 (MAG) with a maximum current of 350 amperes.

  • Maximum length of welded part – 12 meters.
  • Maximum width of welded part – 2.5 meters.
  • Maximum height of welded part – 2 meters.
