4. What is the purpose and legal basis for MF processing your personal data? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We may process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you in connection with transactions made with MF without prior registration and account creation on MF websites, including for:<\/p>

  • enabling the provision of electronic services and the use of MF, including making transactions on our trading platform and processing payments for goods sold in the Official MF Store;<\/li>
  • providing transaction support and resolving technical issues;<\/li>
  • fulfillment of agreements concluded under a sales contract with other users or under a sales contract in the Official MF Store;<\/li>
  • handling complaints on the MF website or in the Official MF Store if you submit such a complaint;<\/li>
  • handling your requests directed to us (e.g., via the contact form); contacting you, including for purposes related to service provision.<\/li><\/ul>

    Additionally, legal provisions require us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. We also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on MF’s legitimate interest, which is: <\/p>

    • ensuring payment service support;<\/li>
    • ensuring the security of services we provide to you electronically, including enforcing compliance with MF’s internal rules, preventing fraud and abuse, and ensuring traffic security;<\/li>
    • conducting MF research and analysis, among other things, regarding the functionality of this trading platform, improving service operations, or estimating the main interests and needs of visitors;<\/li>
    • handling your requests submitted, in particular, to the user support department and via the contact form, when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract;<\/li>
    • debt collection, conducting court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings;<\/li>
    • conducting statistical analyses;<\/li>
    • storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with legal obligations).<\/li><\/ul>

      Based on and only if you give your consent, the Company processes your personal data for the purpose of:<\/p>

      • saving data in cookies and collecting data from websites and mobile applications.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        The Company requires you to provide an email address to conclude and perform a contract with you in connection with each transaction you make on MF without prior registration and account creation. If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you, and consequently, you will not be able to use MF in the manner described in the preceding sentence.If required by law, we may require you to provide other necessary data, e.g., for accounting or tax reasons. In other respects, providing your data is voluntary. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        6. What are your rights regarding data processing with MF?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights resulting from the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e., the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. <\/p>

        You can exercise these rights when:<\/p>

        • regarding a request for data rectification: you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete;<\/li>
        • regarding a request for data erasure: your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the Company; you withdraw your consent to data processing; you object to the processing of<\/li><\/ul>

          your data; your data will be processed unlawfully; data should be erased to comply with a legal obligation or data was collected in connection with the provision of electronic services offered to a child;<\/p>

          • regarding a request for restriction of data processing: you notice that your data is incorrect \u2013 you can request the restriction of processing your data for a period allowing us to verify the correctness of this data; your data will be processed unlawfully, but you do not want it to be erased; your data will no longer be needed by us, but may be needed by you for defense or assertion of claims; or you object to data processing \u2013 until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection;<\/li>
          • regarding a request for data portability: the processing of your data is based on your consent or a contract concluded with you, and this processing is carried out automatically.<\/li><\/ul>

            You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            The Company may disclose your personal data to entities supporting the Company in providing electronic services, i.e., those that provide payment services, perform consulting or auditing services.             The Company stores your personal data in connection with transactions you make on MF without prior registration and account creation, for the time necessary to complete the given transaction and for the period during which claims related to the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the transaction can be pursued, for a maximum of 3.5 years from the date of the transaction.
            Additionally, data may be stored by us for the purposes of preventing abuse and fraud, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the agreement or the event necessitating such processing.
            At the same time, for accountability purposes, we will store data for the period during which MF is obliged to retain data or documents containing them to document compliance with legal requirements, including enabling public authorities to verify their fulfillment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
