The new line of ploughs is a complement to the Metal-Fach range of modern agricultural machinery. We have 4 models of rotary ploughs and 4 versions of bedding ploughs. The Metal-Fach bedding ploughs are available in hitched and semi-hitched versions, with two power transmission protection options: suspension screw safety gear or hydraulic safety gear. The hitched ploughs are smaller than the semi-hitched and feature 3 to 5 plough shares. The semi-hitched ploughs accommodate from 5 to 8 plough share sets. Each plough has a different overall weight and minimum tractor power output rating. The rotary ploughs are available in 4 and 5 furrow versions. Depending on the customer’s preferences, the ploughs come with safety shear screws or non-stop hydraulic safety gears. The 4-furrow ploughs can be additionally equipped with a self-leveling cylinder system. The 5-furrow models have this feature as a standard fitment.
All ploughing machines are feature-rich in the standard versions, including smooth ploughing width adjustment systems. The ploughs can be upgraded and modified with enhanced performance components, such as toughened slicks, shares and mouldboards.

The 4-furrow rotary plough is protected by a safety shear screw. The machine can also be upgraded with a levelling cylinder. The plough weighs 1500 kg and requires traction power of 120 HP. The machine features the H4S helical mouldboard (950 x 350 mm), 2 hydraulic power ports, adjustable ploughing width, and a steel framework.
4-FURROW ROTARY PLOUGHS WITH NON-STOP HYDRAULIC SAFETY SYSTEM
The 4-furrow rotary plough is protected by the non-stop hydraulic safety system. The machine features the H4S helical mouldboard (950 x 350 mm), 2 hydraulic power ports, adjustable ploughing width, and a steel framework. The ploughing depth wheel size is 10.0/80-12.5 10PR. The machine can also be upgraded with self-levelling cylinders.
5 (4+1) FURROW ROTARY PLOUGHS WITH SAFETY SHEAR SCREW
The 5-furrow plough is heavier and requires more traction power than its 4-furrow counterpart. The 5-furrow version weighs 1700 kg and needs 150 HP to drive it. The machine features the H4S helical mouldboard (950 x 350 mm), 2 hydraulic power ports, adjustable ploughing width, and a steel framework.
5 (4+1) FURROW ROTARY PLOUGHS WITH NON-STOP HYDRAULIC SAFETY SYSTEM
The 5-furrow plough with the hydraulic safety system is the heaviest machine in this product category from Metal-Fach. The 5-furrow plough with the non-stop hydraulic safety system weighs a staggering 2050 kg and requires a minimum of 175 HP to drive it. The self-levelling cylinders are standard accessories here.
HITCHED BEDDING PLOUGHS WITH SUSPENSION SPRING SAFETY GEAR
The hitched bedding plough with the suspension spring safety gear features a 1085 x 330 mm mouldboard, a 520 x 150 mm share, and 320 x 100 slicks as standard accessories. The ploughing width is infinitely adjustable, from 0 to 50 cm. The machine is available in 3, 4 and 5-furrow versions. The weight ranges from 750 to 1150 kg, and the minimum required traction power varies from 90 to 150 HP.

The hitched plough is also available with the non-stop (continuous operation) hydraulic safety gear. The machine can have from 3 to 5 ploughing bodies and weighs between 750 and 1150 kg, whereas the traction power demand ranges from 90 to 150 HP, depending on the version.
