- 3D laser processing of pipes and profiles
We offer services delivered by a three-dimensional device designed for laser processing of pipes and profiles. Cutting head enables ultimate precision cutting of outlines, which would not be feasible with conventional pipe machining devices. Pipes and profiles with the length up to 12 m are automatically fed to the laser device, therefore the process is swift. While processing, it is possible to cut out or doing finishing cuts on any outlines (processing to achieve a predetermined length), which would not be feasible with the help of conventional machine tools like saws, while at the same time increasing the costs and workload by the use of additional machines like saws, drills, milling machines, etc.
Dimensions of the part being processed:
- Length of the raw material up to 12 m
- Thickness of the wall up to 20 mm
- The dimension of the round material up to 300 mm
