• sandblasting
  To automatically prepare surfaces before painting and galvanizing of medium and large elements we use modern, automatic sandblasting machine operating using the newest technology of surface cleaning, with a hanging hoist and erratic rotors with constant rotation and oscillation of the hanging piece.
  Maximum dimensions of sandblasted pieces:

• powder coating
  Painting using this method is done by spraying of the powder using an air gun and compressed air. In the painting booth can fit items with the following dimensions:
    »  length: no limit
    »  width: 1200 mm
    »  height: 1900 mm

    »  length: 4400 mm
    »  width: 2400 mm
    »  height: 2200 mm
• electrostatic spray painting
  Thanks to using a hydrodynamic cylinder pump and a spraypacks device we achieve an even spread of paint on the painted part, without thickening and unevenness. This device works excellent using water based paints, enamels, and thinners etc. Painting using this method results excellent coverage and smooth surface.
• galvanizing
  Coatings which we can obtain in our galvanizing room, based on the newest technology, are characterized by good penetration, excellent durability and adherence to the surface as well as esthetic appearance. We have two galvanizing tubs with the dimensions:
    »  length: 1000mm
    »  width: 800 mm
    »  height: 1200 mm
  The coatings are then passivated which significantly increases resistance of the galvanization to rust and other mechanical damage.
