Laser cutting

We can cut any shape out of sheets with the maximum dimensions of 1500x3000 mm and thickness:

• up to 20 mm - carbon steel
• up to 12 mm - stainless steels
• up to 8 mm - aluminum

Laser processing 3D of pipes and profiles

We do 3D laser cutting of pipe and steel profiles. The cutting head allows for a very precise cutting of shapes, which could not be done on conventional pipe cutters. Pipe and profiles, up to 12 m, are automatically fed into the laser cutter and the entire process is very quick. Through the process it is possible to cut out any outline ( for a defined length) which would not be possible with conventional cutters, such as a saw, and would increase cost and work time with the use of other machines, such as: saws, drills, milling machines and so forth.
